    Background information

ELMET-ROLL Sp. Z. o. o (registered in August 2023) is the successor to the engineering company PC «ELMET-ROLL» (Ukraine), founded by Academician, professor Borys Medovar, inventor of Electroslag Remelting – a worldwide recognized scientist in welding and metallurgy.

After Russia started the war in Ukraine we were forced to relocate our business to ELMET-ROLL Sp. Z. o. o to save our ability to work and all technical achievements. Our team members are still there working on our projects and serving in the army. We stay for Ukraine and support our people and country.

We saved R&D developments and innovative solutions of our team that are recognized worldwide, particularly for new, effective technologies of Electroslag remelting, casting, surfacing, and related equipment.

Vast expertise, creative technologies, inventions, patents, and professional publications earned our team respect and recognition in the metallurgical community.
